The first time I did this detox was in January. My starting weight was 206, and my ending weight was 192. Yes, I lost 14 pounds! I didn’t go into this thinking I would stop eating certain foods completely, but I’m glad that happened for me. I was a heavy milk drinker and yogurt eater. I would drink a glass of milk every night and eat yogurt every morning. Now, I cannot stomach dairy at all. I also was an occasional coke drinker, and now I do not crave them anymore. Additionally, I was able to stop eating fast food like McDonalds, Zaxbys, and even ChicfilA, and I love that for me!! I just did it again last week, and I lost 3 inches off my waist. This detox works! I love it. I’ll do it again and again and again!!

I love this tea!! It has helped a lot with my bloating, especially when I drink it hot in the mornings. The flavor is overall very enjoyable, I find myself drinking it like it’s juice.Very refreshing cold as well.
